FOUNDER’S Story

Growing up in a family restaurant, I watched in wonder as creativity, diligence, caring and fun would produce memorable meals and experiences.

In my nearly three decades operating these restaurants, I have received great joy in developing and serving classic meals in a warm and caring setting that inspires joy, satisfaction, great conversation and a small respite from the rigors of my customers’ daily lives.

And, I always dreamed that we would one day extend such occasions to these customers’ homes and families.

Now, we will fulfill that family mission with FoodHaul™–the new and best way to get the wonderful taste and freshness of signature restaurant meals where, when and how you want them.

Using Diligence, our proprietary processes; Caring, passionate culinary partnerships with renowned chefs like Top Chef Fabio Viviani and James Beard winner Rick Tramonto; and Service, handed to you in our FoodHaul™ storefronts, your home, or wherever you are, FoodHaul™ delivers memorable signature meal experiences for our deserving customers.

Our meals are made fresh every week -- no freezers, no shortcuts -- which means we sometimes run a little lean when the supply chain takes a detour.
