ACCOUNT

  • How do I reset my password?

    If you’d like to reset your password, visit profile > account > password > reset. We’ll send you a verified reset link by email

  • How can I update my phone number?

    If you’d like to change your phone number, visit profile > account > change phone number.

  • How can I update my address?

    If you’d like to change or add a new delivery address go to profile > account  > edit/change address. Make sure your address is accurate before placing your order!

  • How can I update my credit card?

    If you’d like to update or add a payment option, visit profile > account > update credit/debit

  • How do I view my settings?

    Click your profile link at the top right hand corner of the page to access settings.

  • How do I delete my account?

    Click your profile link at the top right hand corner of the page, then click account > delete account.

ORDER

  • I have an issue with my order?

    Please follow the FAQ link below that best describes the issue you’re having, and we’ll do our best to take care of you.

  • How do I track my order?

    Your order can be tracked by the email you received after placing your order

  • Can I modify an item?

    Items can be modified by clicking on the item and adding comments in the box. The kitchen will do their best to accommodate your request!

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

    If you would like to modify an order that has already been placed, call or email us at least 30 minutes before your pickup or delivery window so we can coordinate with our kitchen. Please note that significant changes may cause delivery delays but we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Can I tip in cash?

    Of course! Tipping is not required, but it is appreciated. You may adjust the tip amount during the payment process or tip in cash on delivery.

  • Can I change my delivery address?

    Yes. If you want to change or add a delivery address go to settings > accounts > edit address. Please note: You may not update the address once your order is out for delivery. 

CHARGES

  • I have a question about charges on my order?

    If your order receipt does not reflect the charge made on your account please contact the support team at 312-432-6583 or email orders@foodhaul.com

  • Final total different than expected?

    There may be an additional fee if you added items on to your order in the comments section. To view a breakdown of charges, review the email confirmation that was sent to you after you ordered.

  • Delivery fee?

    We have a flat delivery fee of $5. 

FOODHAUL SERVICE

  • My order was missing an item, damaged or incorrect?

    Our team works on site to make sure your order arrives 100% accurate. If any item is missing, made incorrectly or differs from the online description, please contact us at 312-432-6583 or orders@foodhaul.com

  • Can I schedule my delivery in advance?

    Yes! You may schedule a delivery in advance for any day/time that we are open. Just click schedule delivery on your checkout receipt before finalizing the order.

  • How can I contact customer service?

  • Does Foodhaul deliver alcohol?

    Currently we are partnered with Cocktail Courier to deliver just the mix, you add the alcohol! We will be delivering alcohol in the future, so check back with us soon.

  • What hours does Foodhaul deliver?

    Sunday-Thursday: 5pm-10pm
    Friday-Saturday: 5pm-11pm

  • Who makes the deliveries?

    We have our own delivery team to ensure that every order shows up to your door and in your kitchen just as it left ours.

    Foodhaul prepares every meal fresh in their Bucktown kitchen, located directly behind Local Foods.

  • What does made for delivery mean?

    Foodhaul was founded on the vision of chef-driven, quality food inspired by global kitchens delivered straight to your home. Meal delivery is at an all-time high and quality can be questionable. Often, delivery orders from your favorite restaurant turn out to be an afterthought and not the main focus of the restaurant industry. Foodhaul has made delivery the cornerstone of their mission.
